1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 36php ("36php," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 36php.net ("the Platform"). Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration

• Accepted Payment Methods: 36php accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. 36php does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or unauthorized access to your Account.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 36php's reasonable control.
